Seriös Group Sets Sights on Record Growth in Sixth Year

Innovative data solutions company Seriös Group is on track to record an impressive 35% growth in 2025/26 following five years of rapid expansion.
Seriös Group, which employs over 60 people and is based in Hoults Yard, Newcastle, in April launched its new five-year growth plan and has strong scale-up ambitions centred around Seriös ONE, its AI data solution technology, delivering ‘rapid value without compromise’.
Founder and CEO Lee Rorison, named as one of LDC’s Most Ambitious Business Leaders 2024, is on a mission for Seriös Group to become a global leader in the space.
In May 2025, Seriös Group strengthened its leadership team with four senior appointments in a bid to fuel the next phase of growth: Leanne Cullen, Chief Operating Officer (COO); Sam Condren, Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Robin Cordy, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO); and Alex Bookless, Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
The data solutions challenger works with clients across the UK in sectors including tech, financial services, gaming, built environment, healthcare and retail.
Following a number of new business wins over the last 12 months, Seriös Group boasts an impressive portfolio of clients, which includes True Potential, JLL, Bank of Ireland, Northern Powergrid, Vertu, NHS Business Services Authority, Grainger plc and tombola.
Seriös Group recently won the Dynamites Awards for Marketing Impact for its Sunderland AFC sponsorship activation campaign, which saw the business become sleeve sponsor during the 2024/25 season. The campaign helped Seriös Group scale its brand and share its work on a regional, national and international stage. The firm was also shortlisted in the Remarkable Innovation category for its data platform accelerator Seriös ONE Launchpad.
