Head of Marketing
Key responsibilities:
- Establish the marketing function within Seriös Group
- Develop Seriös Group marketing strategy and tactical plans, working with senior leadership team
- Build the Seriös Group brand in key markets
- Support the commercial objectives of the business, working closely with sales and the wider commercial team
- Build understanding of our target markets using segmentation and profiling
- Oversee and execute all marketing activities across a range of channels
- Develop product positioning and campaign messaging to activate key audiences
- Recruit and build a marketing team as the business grows
- Manage partner relationships
- Establish systems, processes and use of marketing tools including CRM and Marketing automation
- Generate a steady flow of high quality, qualified leads
- Grow Seriös Group brand as a brilliant place to work, driving employee engagement and supporting recruitment
- Manage the marketing budget
- Experience working within a B2B technology field

Person specification:
- Experienced B2B marketing all rounder
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of modern marketing – data, CRM, social media, email, automation, events, web
- People management experience
- Comfortable with technology for enterprise markets
- Comfortable working in a “scale-up” environment and building out processes from scratch
